Job Title: Hemophilia Clinical Educator
Location: Field-Based. Cambridge, MA.
About the Job
The Hemophilia Clinical Educator (CE) is a strategic field-based role and critical member of the Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) and Oncology Patient Support Services (PSS) team, serving patients, nursing staff, and clinical staff within a complex cross-functional field team. Leveraging deep expertise in hemophilia, the CE delivers clinical education that addresses site-specific educational needs, supports patients throughout the treatment journey, and reinforces appropriate use priorities. The CE monitors, analyzes, and communicates key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and inform educational strategy. The CE role is non-promotional. The CE does not engage in promotional activities, influence prescribing decisions, or participate in sales-related activities. The role is focused exclusively on education, patient support, appropriate use of prescribed therapies, and clinical partnership with nursing and ancillary staff.
The CE is a subject matter expert in disease state, product, administration, and support services, leading clinical site engagement, facilitating therapy initiation and onboarding for patients whose physicians have already prescribed therapy, and serving as a strategic intelligence source by compliantly capturing nursing and clinic-level insights and communicating them to cross-functional partners to inform planning and decision-making.
Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.
