Main responsibilities:

Support candidate care strategy execution and deliver positive candidate experiences

支持候选人关怀策略的落地执行，提供积极正向的候选人体验

Engage with candidates throughout recruitment (interview scheduling, updates, Q&A)

全程跟进候选人招聘流程（包括面试安排、进度更新及问题解答）

Administer candidate satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback for improvements

支持候选人满意度调研，分析反馈结果并提出改进建议

Maintain candidate knowledge base and recruitment resources

维护候选人知识库及招聘相关资源

Collaborate with recruiters to align candidate care practices with best practices

与招聘团队协作，确保候选人关怀实践与最佳实践保持一致

Contribute process improvement ideas

积极提出流程优化建议

About you  

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above, 2027 graduates preferred; HR-related internship experience preferred

本科及以上学历，2027届毕业生优先；具有HR相关实习经验者优先

Excellent communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented and reliable

具备优秀的沟通和协调能力，做事细致认真负责

Soft and technical skills:

Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with candidates

具有较强的沟通能力，能够专业地与候选人互动

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management

对招聘流程和候选人管理有基本了解

Languages: 

Native Mandarin proficiency and good English skill. 具备优秀的中文表达和良好的英文能力

Availability:

Immediate start required; commitment: 4+ days per week, 3 months duration 可尽快到岗，可提供每周4天以上，连续3个月的实习时间
