The Site PM department plays a critical role in implementing site strategy, overseeing site project portfolio; technical transfer and leading growth projects and site risk management Their mission is to keep site business continuity and growth

Main Accountabilities 主要职责

• Manages the Site project portfolio, consolidating as ONE project portfolio at site

(CAPEX+OPEX), gathering inputs from all functions (MSAT, Engineering, HSE,

Quality, OpEX, Digital…)

管理工厂项目组合，整合为一个项目组合（资本支出+运营支出），汇集所有职能部门的意见（MSAT、工程、HSE、质量、运营支出、数字等）

• Manages team of experienced Portfolio Leaders and is responsible for monitoring / reporting on the project portfolio (incl. progress, actions, costs, risks)

管理经验丰富的项目组合负责人团队，负责监控/报告项目组合（包括进度、行动、成本、风险）

• Ensure data quality in Shine, ensure monitoring & reporting, conduct end user

training, and ensure use of PM best practices

• Establish a strong link with site and global engineering in context of project

portfolio management and stage gate governance

• Supports link of Site Project portfolio with GBU/ M&S portfolio process, including

relevant governance & preparation of gate reviews in close collaboration with

engineering

• By collecting, collating and analysing the relevant data he/she enables the project

prioritization process, whatever the nature of project. In this role, the Head of

Project Portfolio management will need to review and challenge project / function

owners where needed.

• Ensure resource capacity and availability for all functions impacted by site projects roadmap

global integrated risk management process.

• Contributes to Site StratPlan, Budget and Site Master Plan processes

About you 任职资格:

Requirements/Qualifications for job posting 职位要求

Expected Experience 工作经验

• Exposure to Production, Supply Chain, Chemical engineering, Process

Technology, Project Investment, Finance, Quality and Regulatory requirements,

with minimum 5 years of total industry experience.

具备生产、供应链、化学工程、工艺技术、项目投资、财务、质量和法规要求方面的经验，至少拥有5年的行业总经验。

• Scientific bachelor’s degree preferably in chemical, biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or business / finance degree

科学学士学位，优先考虑化学、生物化学或制药工程专业，或商业/金融学位

• Experience with pre- and post-launch activities (tech-transfer, continuous process verification, inspection readiness, cGMP knowledge, HA regulations, quality

systems) preferred

具备上市前和上市后活动经验（技术转移、持续工艺验证、检查准备、cGMP知识、卫生当局法规、质量体系）者优先。

• Experience in portfolio and project management, with ability to drive prioritization

decisions

• Direct production operations experience preferred (Operations)

• Experience and agility on digital tool supporting decision making

具备支持决策制定的数字化工具使用经验和敏捷性

Expected Technical skills 技术技能

• Knowledge of industrial strategy and project and portfolio management

具备工业战略以及项目和投资组合管理知识。

• Strong leadership skills and experience (minimum 5 years) with proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams
