Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding:
Coordinate with new hires for the submission of required documents.
Send the group insurance guide.
Process and print contracts and obtain signatures from the GM/Managers.
Send notification emails to stakeholders for each recruitment (Internal, External, Interns).
CNSS registration.
Coordinate mandatory training with training managers upon the arrival of new hires.
Follow up on tickets and send reminders to stakeholders via Passport.
Insurance enrolment.
Local SPOC Offboarding:
Insurance enrolment.
Time Management
Insure the follow-up on absence data in Workday and their quality.
Consolidate absenteeism data for Payroll cycle and share them with ELC Manager Africa MCO for control.
Make a control on retroactive requests and share with the P&C for awareness/or disciplinary actions.
Preparation of inputs (leave balances, sick leave deductions, unjustified absences, unpaid leave)
EWF /Crew : (Onboarding, Operation, Offboarding):
Support COE EWF in the operational activities related to externals:
Onboarding: coordinate the onboarding following on the tickets (Passport) resolution by the stakeholders.
Data quality/Passport: make a continuous control on Passport dashboard for Tunisia.
EWF MDM: support COE EWF for data quality corrections in the system.
Support with the Profiles ‘approvals in Crew for Tunisia and ensure back-up of the COE EWF for the countries within the Region.
Ensure a compliant offboarding for Externals employed, follow-up on Passport’s ticket and coordinate the process with the stakeholders.
Follow up with managers for contract renewals.
Track mission duration extensions
Monitor and analyze employee profile data in Crew
Ensure accuracy and timely updates of data in the Crew tool
Monitor and analyze profile data in Crew.
Ensure monthly reporting of external headcount (HC).

The People ServicesSpecialist reports to the Multi-Country Employee Life Cycle Manager and may be assigned a specific sub-process or Country. He / She works closely with Customer Service, HR, Legal, ITS Business Partners, Facilities management, Payroll and T&E BPO partner and HRS front line teams in countries / regions.
