Participate in the deployment of transformation project and the coordination of digital project management related to the Operational Excellence & Smart Factory Department to provide support for project delivery.

  • Participate in the deployment of Digital/ Smart Factory project, incl. Athena PM, etc. and other transformation projects according to the concrete plan.

  • Participate in the deployment of SMS2.0 in various ecosystems according to the SMS2.0 deployment plan.

  • Participate in regular meetings at all levels and organize meeting and minutes preparation.

  • SMS-related document work: including translation, meeting PPT preparation, project plan follow-up, etc.

  • Able to use digital tools to improve our working methods and provide operational support to users.

  • Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the team.

Support the work areas as below支持以下工作领域 :

SMS Area

  • Supporting execution of performance initiatives including the Continuous Improvement project portfolio defined at APU-PCU level, deployment of operating standards as codified in the respective ecosystems

  • Supporting problem solving session leveraging existing SMS tools as GPS3, etc.

KPI’s and Performance Analytics

  • Site performance monitoring and reporting

    • Support performance KPIs and site scorecard

    • Support consistency with global KPIs definition, as well data accuracy. Develop/implement local KPIs when required by specific priorities/initiatives

    • Support data collection process and communicate results in a timely manner vs. local /global calendars

    • Support input to site and above site performance reviews by creating/updating dashboards and visual supports to performance dialogues

    • Support Strat Plan and Budget process with relevant data / analyses

  • Manage performance data & systems

    • Lead benchmarking processes, by being the contact point for POBOS, both internally (i.e., SMU generator) and externally (i.e., data collection) and for all other benchmarking initiative (e.g., ABC, St.  Gallen, etc.)

    • Ensure data quality for global performance dashboards / systems (e.g., Plai, SMS Cockpit, etc.), acting as local contact point

    • Support deep-dive analyses and data visualization to engage stakeholders in problem resolution and/or process improvement

    • Support analytical support to ad-hoc performance initiatives (e.g., diagnostics) to validate hypotheses with data 

    • Support specific dashboard/tools (e.g., PowerBI) to enable and monitor the execution of specific performance initiatives

    • Support the use of effective visual communication and data visualization

Key Supplier Operational Leader (KSOL)

  • Support Fill & implement the full external spend pipeline (BOM & Non-BOM) with initiatives (jointly with procurement) which will support the site in delivering its target. It means:

    • Ideation & prioritization in alignment with the site’s performance target

    • Execution by coordinating all functions required at site (Regulatory, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, MSAT, SMS) through a TIP (Tactical Implementation Plan approach)

  • Support Improving site competitiveness (TCO), by leveraging supplier performance development and controlling indirect spend at all level

Athena Plant Maintenance Project

      • Support project activities, data collection, data verification, user training, system testing, document drafting and other work

      • Support project progress tracking, daily and weekly meeting minutes, follow-up and other related work

·Technical skill:

1). Proficient in writing documents, processes and guidelines

2). Good analytical and organizational skills

3). Familiar with project management knowledge

4). Proficient in office software such as Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Good at data analysis.

5).1~2 data analytics/data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, QlikSense, etc.)

6).Knowledge or skill of big data analytics would be a plus (eg. Python)

7). Excellent English - spoken and written, fluent in Chinese

教育背景:

üBachelor or above, with major of engineering, data processing, computer science, information technology, pharmacy or biology, physics, mathematics or English
