Our Team:
Sanofi Global Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, globally.
Main responsibilities:
## Core SharePoint Competencies
* Modern Site Architecture: Creating Hub, Communication, and Team sites.
* Information Architecture: Designing intuitive navigation, metadata, and content types.
* Permission Management: Implementing secure, role-based access control (RBAC) groups.
* SharePoint Framework (SPFx): Building custom web parts and extensions.
## Design & Customisation Skills
* UX/UI Design: Applying corporate branding, custom themes, and JSON column formatting.
* Web Languages: Writing custom HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript for advanced layouts.
* Canvas Components: Building advanced structures using Microsoft Viva Connections dashboards.
## Microsoft 365 Integration
* Power Automate: Creating complex approval workflows and lifecycle automation.
* Power Apps: Designing custom list forms and tailored business applications.
* Microsoft Graph API: Integrating external data streams directly into SharePoint.
## Data & Governance
* Microsoft Purview: Enforcing data retention schedules and sensitivity labels.
* SharePoint Admin Center: Managing storage quotas, external sharing, and term stores.
* Migration Tools: Using the SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) or ShareGate.
People:
## Stakeholder Management
* Requirements Gathering: Translating vague user requests into technical site blueprints.
* Expectation Management: Saying "no" politely when technical constraints limit custom designs.
* Executive Presence: Presenting site mockups confidently to senior leadership for approval.
## Training & Enablement
* Content Simplification: Explaining complex document workflows to non-technical staff.
* Documentation Writing: Creating clear, screenshot-heavy user guides for site owners.
* Training Delivery: Hosting engaging workshops to drive platform adoption.
## Collaboration & Change Management
* Cross-Functional Alignment: Uniting IT security, HR, and marketing on governance rules.
* Empathy-Driven Design: Interviewing end-users to understand their daily frustration points.
* Resistance Handling: Calming users anxious about moving away from legacy systems.
## Structured Communication
* Visual Communication: Using wireframes to explain navigation choices before building.
* Status Reporting: Providing clear project timelines, risks, and milestone updates.
About you
· Experience: 3-5 years relevant work experience with solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of web content management/Digital Asset Management preferably in a consulting or pharmaceutical or healthcare space
· Soft skills: Strong communication skills(written & verbal) , innovative and creative thinking , capable to influence and motivate
· Technical skills: Technical knowledge of content management tools (Sharepoint online, Sharepoint 2007/2010, Sharepoint Designer, AEM, wordpress, drupal etc
· Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information systems, computer science, communications, web/graphic design, or related field
· Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
