The Functional Expert iSHIFT Logistics and HUB Coordinator is responsible to play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support in the areas of SAP Logistics – Warehouse Management, Quality Management and Production Planning. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 8 years of business process knowledge and application expertise in SAP Logistics. He/She will be responsible for validating design and effort estimates, approving/rejecting change requests, reviewing and approving user requirements, design documents, and functional/technical specifications. Additionally, he/she may participate in key projects and assist in scoping new demands while providing advisory support to the business on SAP solutions. Also manages the AMS partner that has specific responsibility for building or configuring, maintaining, or enhancing iSHIFT ERP and external applications connected with iSHIFT ERP. As a HUB Coordinator, he/she is responsible for managing escalations for North America region for iSHIFT. He/She is accountable to support the AMS Service Line Leader provider in their duty to achieve best-in-class internal service levels for giving proper support to the different iSHIFT ERP Core Model user communities.
The iSHIFT scope of services is Global, serving 20+ countries and Regions with 16,000+ users and will continue to expand following iSHIFT Global Roadmap.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sanofi is engaging into a review program for harmonization of its current processes: Finance and Controlling, SBS, Trade, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Industrial. The iSHIFT project is the IT implementation of these Business Core Models into a Global ERP system, including integration with the Back-Office and satellite tools. This transformation initiative aims to:
- Enable Global Business Units (GBU) & Global Functions with Analytics & common processes
o Common analytics by GBU and for Global functions to drive their business, analyse their performance and optimize their resources
o Standard Group wide best in class processes aimed at fostering a One Sanofi ways of managing our business and functions
- Embed new ways of analysing markets and business strategies & tactics
o Implementation of benchmarked ways of working from Group affiliates, peers in the industry, and other industries (such as FMCG)
o Support new approaches defined for Sanofi growth relays by ensuring that iSHIFT enables a high degree of automation, control and analytics on these
innovative approaches.
o Facilitate the implementation of a One Sanofi Management for each of the Workstreams in scope through adapted and harmonized processes
- Simplify processes and Sanofi users’ experience
o State-of-the-art global systems ensuring an end-to-end process integration while providing a simplified user’s experience
o Major changes to reporting or processes handled centrally at once
o One source of truth on master data and a common automated internal control framework
o Improved integration or divestment capabilities through a standardized methodology.
The iSHIFT Senior Delivery Operations and Architecture:
CORE competencies:
Provide vision and direction to our AMS partner to ensure it will contribute to the company achieving its goals.
Work with iSHIFT Service Line Leader, with Delivery Owner Operations & Architecture and iSHIFT ERP Project to keep iSHIFT scope under control and aligned with overall Digital and business strategy.
Develop productive relationships with business leaders across the organization to influence how new enhancements can enable new sources of value.
Define and enhance methodologies and practices for the iSHIFT ERP life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience of continuous improvement.
Help to manage AMS partner personnel, developing their skills and capabilities to meet the needs of the organization, as well as building on existing recruiting capabilities to address new needs and skills gaps.
iSHIFT ERP Governance, Strategy and Delivery duties:
Ensure the revision of changes submitted to the CAB meeting, ensuring they comply with the rules defined by the release management team
Co-Lead the CAB meeting, ensuring to communicate effectively with the several teams on the release management rules
Help to drive and manage escalation requests.
Be able to propose approaches to solve technical issues that may arise.
Collaborate on the definition and execution of Regression Testing campaigns.
Collaborate on the definition and execution of the DRP, Disaster Recovery Planning.
Collaborate on the AI initiatives (present and future) to simplify the
Work with the auditing teams to ensure all audit requests are provided in a correct and timely manner.
Be knowledgeable of ABAP and Integration streams.
Oversee the AMS partner successful delivery of new enhancements in partnership with business colleagues.
Oversee benefits realization to ensure that business outcomes are achieved.
Ensure Methodology and deployment expertise for incidents and enhancements, tracking and monitoring all related required deliverables status & quality.
Ensure Core Model alignment, arbitrating when required or escalating to the corresponding Governance group.
Responsible to control that the AMS partner complies to Sanofi policies and standards and industry regulations applicable for information systems, personnel and security.
Be able to adapt to changes in the governance process.
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
8+ years professional experience in Application Management Services or in Program/Project Management of SAP ERP or any other SAP Software
Minimum functional SAP knowledge in the areas of SCI, ICO and MDM, preferably in the Pharma sector
Deep understanding of business processes in procurement, sales, inventory management, warehouse management, production planning, and quality management.
Strong knowledge of SAP configuration, customization, and enhancement techniques within the WM/QM/PP modules.
Demonstrated expertise in integrating SAP modules, specifically with PP and QM.
Good Knowledge of the IT Service Management processes
Proficient in Application Management Methodologies and IT Governance
Have a good track record in a Pharmaceutical / Consumer Products industry preferably in Sanofi
Analytical and summarization skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to defend the Core Model position
Proven experience in successfully leading a team in the management of vendors/third parties, including, but not limited to, policies, performance, vendor risk, relationships, and issue and dispute resolution
MAJOR SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Strong communication skills with a proven ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with technical staff, business stakeholders and senior management.
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical people to enhance understanding and drive decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment (as well as external vendors and service providers) to ensure that segregation and overlapping roles are identified and coordinated.
Strong organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources.
Strong analytical, data-processing and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process formulation and improvement.
Proficient in the iSHIFT toolset (ServiceNow, charm, solution manager, JIRA, etc.)

Internal: iSHIFT Service Line organization, iSHIFT SD and BE team members and leadership, Local Digital community, Local iSHIFT Business Key Users, Digital Quality and Compliance Expert, levels of support defined at country level for solving incidents and implementing enhancements after Stabilization period of each roll-out.
External: AMS Partner.
