Strategy and governance战略和管理
•    Manage site user service relationship and serve as the “go to”  person for the site
管理工厂⽤⼾服务关系并作为站点的联系人
•    Working with the infrastructure team, ensure that standards are properly enforced and new releases/ infrastructure projects are properly communicated and deployed in the SITE.
配合基础设施团队，确保为工厂建立合适的标准和新基础设施项目能及时被沟通与实施。
•    Ensure the SITE requirements are represented in the requirements and design phases of the standardization / globalization process in close link with the IS Business Partner. 
和IS业务伙伴紧密合作，确保工厂的需求在需求清单中被体现，并设计在标准流程中。

Operational effectiveness执行
•    Working with the infrastructure team, ensure that standards are properly enforced and new releases/ infrastructure projects are properly communicated and deployed in the SITE.
与基础设施团队合作，确保标准得到适当执行，新版本/基础设施项目在站点中得到适当传达和部署。
•    Responsible for the SITE ITS purchase.
负责本地采购
•    Responsible for SITE implementing global and local projects.
负责落地实施global和本地项目
•    Ensure the SITE requirements are represented in the requirements and design phases of the standardization / globalization process
确保标准化/全球化流程的要求和设计阶段中体现现场要求
•    Provide Audit and inspection support and coordination for ITS related topics
为 ITS 相关主题提供审计和检查支持与协调
•    Maintain offices network system, e-mail system and other applications
维护办公网络系统、邮件系统和其它的应用系统。
•    Responsible for utilization of consistent IS methodologies
负责IS方法学的有持续利用。
•    Responsible for SITE application and automation inventory and cartography
负责工厂申请项目及自动化资产的管理。
•    Collaborate as appropriate to ensure the best usage of existing applications in the portfolio and contribute to functional alignement of the site
作为合作伙伴以确保现有应用系统的被很好的利用在业务和工厂职能部门；
•     Ensure proper implementation of Sanofi IS Security and Continuity (Disaster Recovery Plans) Policies and Procedures.
确保集团信息安全以及业务持续性（灾难恢复计划）的策略和流程被有效的实施；

•    Define and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) related to IS risks and ensure implementation follow up.
界定与IS相关的风险及纠正/预防措施，并确保措施的跟进和实施；
•    Provide Audit and inspection support and coordination for IS related topics
在审计与检查中提供IS相关科目的支持与协调；
•    Apply the IS security standards and monitor them with KPIs and communicate
执行集团的信息安全标准并保证相关绩效指标；
•    Assess all IS related risks on site, with Engineering, Automation and Quality, recommend and follow-up action plans
与工程，自动化和质量部门一起，评估工厂的IS相关风险，提出并执行相应的行动计划
•    Be the service provider for Engineering, Automation and Quality Information Systems
对质量、自动化和工程部们的信息系统提供服务和支持。
•    When appropriate configure global systems for local utilisation (e.g. BI/KPIs)
集团全球应用系统的本地化利用
•    Be responsible for Quality and Health-Safety-Environment in my position/workstation.
对职责范围（岗位）内的质量和职业健康安全环境工作负责。 
•    Be the service provider for Engineering, Automation and Quality Information Systems 
成为工程、自动化和质量信息系统的服务提供商
•    When appropriate configure global systems for local utilization (e.g. BI/KPIs)
适当时，配置全局系统以进行本地利用（例如 BI/KPI）
•    Provide technical support for business project
为业务项目提供技术支持。
•    Complete other responsibilities from direct manager, department, and the company
完成直接经理、部门和公司的其他职责

•    Identify key positions and skills to ensure site activities management

About You

Education / Experience

教育/经历

Bachelor degree or equivalent in IS 本科及以上学历

• > 5 years experiences in Information & Technology Systems area

   > 5 年信息与技术系统领域工作经验

• Solid experience in Pharmaceuticals & Industrial environment

  在制药和工业环境中拥有丰富的经验

• Strong Knowledge on GxP and Computerized System will be the plus

  对 GxP 和计算机化系统的深入了解将是加分项

• PMP certificate will be the plus

  需要PMP认证是加分项
