Main responsibilities:

• Manage contractual relationships with CMOs, suppliers, and service providers while maintaining strong connections with markets/affiliates and Global Supply Chain.
• Lead demand and planning management, including capacity reviews, stock-built strategies, and inventory visibility across the supply chain.
• Monitor and improve key supply indicators such as out-of-stock rates, customer service levels, and inventory management.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and digitalization initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and efficiency.
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and global standards, with effective crisis management and risk mitigation.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development to your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
• Drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards and optimizing transportation and storage processes.

About you

• Experience: Proven experience in industrial logistics, with significant experience in Supply Chain and/or Planning and/or Demand Management
• Team management experience will be a plus
• Soft skills: Ability to plan and prioritize work aligned with organizational goals, paint a compelling vision that motivates others, strong analytical and decision-making skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities at all levels, capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Technical skills: Knowledge of SAP, other technology tools, familiarity with process chains and background jobs, high competency with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/IT is an advantage
• Languages: Fluency in English is a must, Czech in writing and speaking will be a plus
