As Strategy Implementation and Corporate Transformation Lead within our Corporate Transformation team, you'll oversee the implementation of Sanofi’s Strategy and the Modernization of the company. You will play a pivotal role in guiding the organization through a period of significant change, ensuring that it achieves its intended outcomes while keeping alignment with the One Sanofi Strategy, keeping consistency across the organization, minimizing business disruption and maximizing employee engagement and satisfaction. Main responsibilities

• Work closely with senior leadership to outline the next wave of initiatives required to achieve the business strategy and objectives as per EXCOM decisions.
• Oversee main Company stretegic initiatives and provide visibility to senior leadership
• Rely on data, analytics and strategic thinking to identify needs for further cross functional alignment or identify further needs for modernization. Structure approach and initiatives to be proposed to Senior leadership.
• Collaborate with various departments and teams across Sanofi to ensure that initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the business.
• Animate networks of stakeholders to ensure consistency of Modernization and Transformation across the value chain and secure smooth deployment of the miscellaneous initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure their active involvement and endorsement of the strategic initiatives.
• Enhance the organization’s transformation capabilities and standards.
• Provide effective communication, both upward to senior leadership and downward.

About you

Required Education:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Sciences, Strategy, or related field

Required Experience:

• Minimum10 years of relevant experience  and proven track record in leadership roles and in leading strategic initiatives and transformation projects
• Experience in management consulting preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare industry preferred

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to navigate complex business challenges and identify and structure innovative solutions
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams in a matrixed and international environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Languages:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• French language skills are a plus
