The main job responsibilities of this position are as follows:该职位的主要工作职责如下：

• Follow role cards and/or standard work plan for key routine tasks, record magnitude and reasons for variations from the standard times

遵循关键常规任务的角色卡和/或标准工作计划，记录与标准时间不同的幅度和原因

• Identify line/asset/equipment/equipment train/process/production area issues and escalate to the Process-Centric Unit Shift Lead in a timely manner

识别生产线/资产/设备/设备培训/流程/生产区域问题，并及时上报至流程中心单元班次负责人

• Safely operate the Level 1 operating unit

安全操作 1 级操作单元

• To the extent technical capabilities permit, execute and improve Asset Care routines: Clean-Inspect-Lubricate, Centerline and maintenance activities, otherwise support PCU Asset Care specialist

在技术能力允许的范围内，执行和改进资产维护程序：清洁检查润滑、中心线和维护活动，否则支持PCU资产维护专家

• Categorize line / asset / equipment / equipment train / process / production area losses on the relevant data collection systems

• Carry out daily production work strictly according to standard operating procedure.

• Fill in GMP documents and records in accordance with SOP standards.

• Report product complaints and adverse drug reactions according SOP requirements.

根据SOP要求报告产品投诉和药物不良反应…

• Participate in and complete personal training on time.

• Actively propose energy-saving projects

• Support the development of energy-saving projects and give positive feedback

• Participate in and implement energy-saving projects

• Wear PPE correctly

正确佩戴和使用劳动防护用品

• If any accident hidden danger or unsafe factor is discovered, it should immediately report to the HSE    management department

发现事故隐患或者不安全因素，应当立即向现场HSE管理人员

• Cooperate with the accident investigation, and truthfully provide relevant information

配合事故调查，如实提供有关情况

About you 任职资格:

• Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

工作经验: 至少1年制药行业工作经验。

• Soft skill: Could operates complex systems and equipments to produce batches/ manufacturing products. Makes supervisory checks. Respects HSE procedures. Is involved in operational excellence (lean) workshops.

通用技能: 可以操作生产相关的系统和设备，遵循HSE要求，参与精益方面的小组讨论

• Technical skill: Ability to study and communicate.

• Education: Graduation from high school or technical school in a related field.
