Mission:

Your job, as PPM (Products and Porfolio Management) and Projects Manager within our EM&S Japan organization, covers the following aspects :

-      Be responsible for on time execution of projects, support management of Products Portfolio evolution

-      Manage all aspects of tech transfers and commercialization into new CMOs, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirement,

-      Coordinate and monitor the execution of contracts with Sanofi external partners and follow-up execution.

Main responsibilities:

• Products and Porfolio Management

- New Product Launches (NPL) involving Japanese CMO

- Divestment, acquisition, and pruning activities involving Japanese CMO

- Changes impacting product components and/or flows, such as:

o   API switch local implementations

o   Transfers between local CMOs

o   Manufacturing site transfers or additions

- Evaluate current processes and product portfolio to identify opportunities to optimize and streamline CMO portfolio or identify back up strategies to reduce risks.

• Projects with CMOs, local coordination and performance monitoring with CMO

- Manage relationship with CMO and monitor the implementation and execution of contracts

- Ensure that the CMO carry out production according to specifications and contracts in place

- Projects with CMO :

• • Contribute to Binding Offers and project definition as needed
  • Manage tech transfer projects as project manager/leader or contribute to the project as project team member
  • Support and manage project initiatives, including new product introductions and continuous improvement projects.

- Selection and Termination of CMO

- Monitor CMO performance (KPIs) against production goals, identify and resolve gaps, and ensure standard governance model is implemented to track performance

- Contribute building the strategy of EM&S in Japan

- Promote HSE by cultivating a culture that prioritizes Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities within the team and within CMO network partenering with Sanofi in Japan.

- Provide information (volumes and change of portfolio) allowing the establishment of budget with major impacts and challenges

- Follow up budget variation to ensure adherence

About you

Education: Bachelors degree (scientific, engineering or business) MBA is a plus.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in CMO management, Business Development, Project Management, Manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Technical skills

- Possesses experience dans practical knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and pharmaceutical production

- Experience in Tech transfer

- Knowledge and experience with risk management programs

- Ability to present information in an organized and informative manner

- Experience leading project teams in a matricial environment

- Exposure to CMO management

- Experience in Lean Management / Continuous Improvement
